Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.
Credit Usage
If you have used more than 10 credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
Subscription Refunds
We do not offer refunds for active subscriptions. Canceling your subscription will stop future renewals, but it will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all subscription features until the end of your billing cycle.
To help you decide before subscribing, we offer a free plan that lets you experience the core features of our product. We encourage you to explore it fully before committing to a paid subscription.
